01The three rules specific to this service
Most of this policy is the usual list of things nobody should do anywhere. These three are particular to what this service makes, and they are the ones most likely to end an account.
- You may not pass a concept frame off as finished work. Do not deliver one to a client as a design, an illustration, a photograph or an artwork. Do not publish one as a final asset. Do not put one into a campaign, a product, a packaged item, a book, a broadcast or a release as though it were made for that purpose. It is a concept, made to start a conversation, and it must be presented as one.
- You may not remove, crop out, cover, blur, overpaint or otherwise obscure the “Concept — AI generated” mark burned into an export, and you may not ask anyone else to. The mark is applied to the image itself when the file is written. Attempting to strip it is a breach of this policy and of the Terms.
- You may not generate brand identity or protected material: no company logos, wordmarks, emblems, badges or brand marks; no trademarked characters or costumes; no protected patterns, prints, liveries or trade dress; no counterfeit or lookalike packaging.
02People
- Do not attempt to generate a recognisable real person. The service is built not to, and trying to work around that is a breach.
- Do not generate anything that depicts an identifiable person in a way that suggests they said, did, endorsed or attended something. That includes anything of the kind commonly called a deepfake.
- Do not upload a reference image of a person without their permission.
- Do not generate intimate or sexualised imagery of anyone, with or without their permission.
03Children
There is no tolerance here and no process to appeal it.
- Do not attempt to generate any sexual, abusive or exploitative depiction of a minor, in any style, real or drawn.
- Do not upload any such material as a reference.
- Do not attempt to place a child, real or generated, in a sexualised or abusive setting.
- Any account doing this is closed immediately and permanently, and reported to the appropriate authorities.
04Illegal and harmful content
- Anything unlawful where you are, or where we operate.
- Content that promotes or celebrates terrorism, violent extremism, or a mass-casualty attack.
- Content that harasses, threatens, degrades or incites hatred against a person or a group on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, age, sex, sexual orientation or gender identity.
- Instructions or depictions intended to help someone build a weapon, synthesise a dangerous substance, or cause serious physical harm.
- Content that encourages self-harm, suicide or disordered eating.
- Graphic depictions of real violence, injury or death.
05Sexual content
- Do not generate pornography or explicit sexual imagery. This service is not for it and will not be used for it.
- Do not generate non-consensual sexual imagery of any kind.
06Deception and fraud
- Do not generate anything designed to deceive: fake documents, fake receipts, fake certificates, fake identification, fake credentials, fake reviews, or fake evidence.
- Do not use output to impersonate a person or an organisation.
- Do not present a concept frame as a photograph of a real place, event or product. It is not one.
- Do not use output in a scheme intended to obtain money, data or access by deception.
07Regulated subjects
Concepts touching regulated areas are not forbidden outright, but they must not be used in a way that presents generated imagery as an authority on the subject. That includes medical and health claims, medicines, financial products and investment, gambling, firearms, tobacco and vaping, alcohol marketing to anyone under the legal age, cannabis and controlled substances, and political advertising.
Where a subject is regulated where you are, complying with those rules is your responsibility, not ours.
08Other people’s rights
- Do not upload material you do not hold the rights to as a reference image.
- Do not use the service to reproduce a specific existing work, or to imitate a living artist’s identifiable style by name.
- Do not use output in a way that infringes anyone’s copyright, trademark, design right, database right, publicity right or moral rights.
09How the platform itself may not be used
- No automated access, scraping, or use of the service through anything other than the interface we provide, unless we have agreed to it in writing.
- No attempt to bypass credit limits, plan limits, rate limits or the similarity check.
- No reselling access, sharing an account, or operating the service on behalf of others as a bureau.
- No probing, scanning or testing the security of the service, and no attempt to reach data that is not yours.
- No uploading of malware, and no use of the service to distribute it.
- No use of output to train a competing machine learning model.
10What happens if you break these rules
Depending on what happened, we may remove the content, block a particular use, suspend the account while we look into it, or close it.
For serious breaches — anything involving children, non-consensual sexual imagery, or deliberate stripping of the concept mark — we act immediately and without notice, and we do not restore the account.
For everything else, we will normally tell you what the problem is and give you a chance to put it right first.
Where the law requires it, we report. Where an account is closed for a serious breach, no refund is due.
11Reporting something
If you have seen output from this service being used in breach of this policy — particularly a concept frame presented as finished work, or an export with the mark removed — tell us at support@gallusprojectsuk.com. Include a link or a copy, and where you saw it. We look at every report.
This policy forms part of the Pitchface Terms of Service.
Effective date: 20 August 2026.
