Two ways to run out
Either you run out of credits, or you run out of patience with the watermark. Both are honest reasons to move up, and neither of them is hidden from you until afterwards.
Three plans, no packs
Credits arrive with the plan and reset with the period. There is nothing else to buy, which means there is nothing to run a balance on.
Yearly saves 20% on both paid plans. All prices in USD.

WHERE THE WALL IS
Fifty credits is two passes, on purpose
The angle split costs one credit. A pass of four frames costs twenty. So the free plan gives you the split and two full passes — eight frames — which is enough to find out whether the four really do come back different.
By the end of the second pass most people have already picked one. The problem is not that they have run out of credits. It is that the file they picked has a watermark across it and only comes in one ratio, and the meeting is on Thursday.
That is the moment the paid plan is for, and we would rather say so here than let you find it out at the wrong hour.
01Mid-run, from behind, everything lit by head torches
02Down at ground level: one stride, one splash
03The paperwork, ruined, flat on a soaked bench
04Before the start: grey, wide and completely empty
One free pass, run on: A running club that only meets when it rains.
What each thing costs
Every charge against your allowance is listed on your plan page with a timestamp, so a month is never a mystery. If a pass fails through a fault on our side, the credits go back.
| ACTION | CREDITS |
|---|---|
| Splitting a line into angles | 1 |
| Reading one uploaded reference image | 2 |
| One concept frame | 5 |
| One pass of 4 frames | 20 |
| One mood board tile | 5 |
| A full nine-tile mood board | 45 |
This service does not generate video, and there is no video charge. That is a decision, not an omission: four frames are useful because you can see all four at once, and moving pictures can only be played one at a time.
Before you put a card in
It renews by itself
Monthly plans charge again every month and yearly plans every year, at the same amount, on the same payment method, until you cancel. We email before a yearly renewal.
Cancelling takes two clicks
From your plan page. No fee, no notice period, nobody to talk to. You keep the plan until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Prices are in US dollars
The amount shown is the amount charged. Any tax that applies where you live is added at checkout and shown before you confirm.
Credits are not money
They are a service usage allowance: not stored value, not redeemable for cash, not transferable, not carried over, and never sold separately from a plan.
01What happens to my credits at the end of the month?
They stop. Credits are issued by your plan at the start of each period and are not carried over — whatever is unused when the period ends is not added to the next one.
There are no credit packs, no top-ups and no way to buy credits separately. If you run out mid-period, you move up a plan or wait for the next period. That is a deliberate design decision: credits are a usage allowance, and nothing here should behave like a stored balance.
Credits are not money, not stored value, not redeemable for cash and not transferable to anyone.
02How do I cancel, and what happens when I do?
Two clicks on the plan page inside your account. There is no cancellation fee, no notice period, and you do not have to contact us or explain yourself.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not end the period you have already paid for: your paid features stay available until the last day you paid for, and the account then moves to the Free plan with all of your work still in it.
Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel — monthly plans each month, yearly plans each year — at the same price, on the same payment method. We email a reminder before a yearly plan renews.
03When do I get a refund?
In full if you were charged after cancelling, charged twice, charged for something you never had access to, or charged without authority. Also in full on a yearly plan asked for within 14 days of the first payment, if you have run no more than one pass.
Not for a period you simply did not use, and not for credits, which are never refunded.
If a pass itself went wrong — it failed part-way, the frames came back too alike, the service was degraded — the remedy is credits back so you can run it again, usually the same day. That is faster than money and it puts you back where you were.
